180 million is indeed too much for Osimhen. Mbappe was signed for that amount by PSG. 
Of course the conditions of that time and now aren't the same. Players are getting more expensive in the transfer market now that we see even average level players being signed for really high amount of money. But I still don't think 180 million can be given just like that to any player. Osimhen is a really talented striker undoubtedly. But is he really worth the risk of paying a huge amount?

That clause release being made to prevent another club to buy him but if there will be a club that can afford to buy his release clause and that depends on napoli's choice whether the club is willing to accept it or not.
He is not worth with the risk of paying a huge amounts of money. He can fail in the new club. It's pretty much the same like hazard or even mudryk.
Buying expensive player is not giving guarantee if he will be success in the new club.
