However, ofcourse it would be better to first try contacting the providers of the contest. And as you have mentioned, you already did. Try a couple of times and if they won't be responsive then they would be subject for scam label. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with this contest. One thing is for sure, if they won't be sending rewards to eligible participants, then that is already an answer. But be sure as well to get things straight specially with the rules and instructions 'coz you might as well have a mistake.

What I have for proof only is a screenshot of the message stating "Cash X Congratulations you won come to check more." It had a link that I went to but I didn't know what to do from there. It just seemed to show the provider and contest but didn't ask me for any info or anything to my knowledge. I know they can't be a scam because the provider is Evolution and they are the best in the business in my opinion. Thanks for your input I will try and contact them again!
