Bayern Munich currently has spend nothing much in transfer window. It is untrue to say that Kane's agreement terms with them are yet to be concluded because of financial issues. Bayern has money, it could be because of their interest in the Napoli striker (Osimhen). I presume they are having double interest not financial constraint. Bayern currently has the plan of selling out Marcel Sarbitzer and they still have more player that is of very little or no use to the team, money could be raised by selling them out. I don't believe financial problem can stop them from getting Kane.

Bayern Munich's squad is huge. They have a lot of players and a lot of players who don't get a chance to perform in a match for a full season. And so Bayern Munich should sell some players. Bayern Munich has yet to add any star players to the squad. But they still have enough time to strengthen the squad. But I think the Bayern Munich management will add several players to the squad next season. Because their overall performance in the last season was not very good.
