Alphonso davies here waiting for real madrid's offer and he was hoping so much for real madrid to sign him as a new defender for the club. Real madrid's defender was not good previous season. Rudiger has become the player that contributed a lot to the club.
I think that davies could become a good defender for real madrid but since madrid is not even sending him and offer. It may give no choice for him to stay a bit longer in bayern until real madrid will come.

Bayern has got guerreiro as his replacement. He may not get a place as a starting line up.

Bayern Munich is known to be a proactive clubsides; but i do not think they signed Raphael Guerreiro to replace Davies. Why do i say this? It is reported that PSG is going to get Lucas Hernandez from the Bundesliga champions Bayern and that means there is a void in the Bayern Squad depth, Bayern has just fixed that quickly and quietly. Alphonso Davises is good, and would slot into the Madrid LB spot easily.
