I hope you don't do something illegal and violate their TOS so they have to investigate your withdrawal for so long and it may take a while if it's a complicated case, but patience will be the key to your problem now or wait for someone from their team to reply to the complaint You are here.
No its not okay 6 months. Its too long. Dont get at signature spammers talking about.
It’s really not okay as a player to wait that long because your money is unaccesible during the waiting time but this is the casino procedure on case like this so we don’t have a choice than wait because we allow them to do this way by agreeing on their ToS. 6 months is the common estimated time but it’s not always being maxed out to solve case.
Pressuring the casino to release the funds early will not gonna change the timeline for the result because they relying on the investigation team timeline to make a decision on his case.
