What does background check for incoming coins mean exactly? Are you going to reject coins from some sources and return them to sender or not? Trusting private investors and worldwide centralized exchanges is not good, and based on your website you are doing that and working with them. I don't believe in complete anonymity with Bitcoin, and I wouldn't pay extra high fees using new websites that promises to provide service like this.After performing some testing I could say more, but I don't see anything special that stands out from all other Bitcoin mixers available now.
