I totally agree with you on this. The reason why they haven't been doing well in the Champions League is completely the owners' fault. They have changed their manager so many times so far but they still couldn't find the right one. Instead of making this many changes they should have just brought one of the best managers and been patient about him.

Ancelotti was brought here in 2012 but stayed only for one season. He joined Real Madrid after that. I think PSG should have done their best to keep Ancelotti back then. Because looking at their history of managers he has been the best manager choice in last 10 years. I think they could have already been champions with him in the Champions League.
When a club find it so difficult to picture out a good coach that can work for the club it is usually a problem,  let's look at Chelsea, the club have been struggling with getting a good coach and for some period of time they have changed different coaches, all this times they have been able to come out with a very poor results at the end of the season. Chelseas has good players but their performance is still very poor,  I think this is the same issue PSG is experiencing having good players but no good coach.

For a team to do very well the club needs to consider to get a good coach , because just having quality players most times won't make the team to win trophies. A experienced coach who knows how to win games is very important.
It is very clear that the role of a coach is very vital in a football club, because they play a major role in the whole process of training and preparation before matches so that they are able to create a solid and strong team when competing.
Chlesea and PSG are big clubs and have many great players, but all of this will not have a big impact if it is not handled by the right and great coach.
and because the coach determines the results of a team from a football club in one season, his role is very vital and far more vital than a player even though the player is great. And it is the coach who will determine the fate of the club to be at the top, middle or bottom of the standings, so indeed their role is very vital and it is the coach who determines the fate of the club in the standings and also as a champion.
