€100m is very logical in my opinion for a player like Osimhen. While he should be the target for all top teams, Napoli aren't willing to let him go like that! Now hearing that the player himself want to stay in Napoli then I assume it will be a waste of money to not get that big amount of money from selling him but the positive side, Napoli could be the favorite candidate for the scudetto next season with him in the attack line.

If Napoli raised Osimhen's salary to a good level (I'm sure yes, since he is very in demand on the market and other clubs 100% made good offers), then it makes no sense for him to move from one of the top clubs in Serie A to an incomprehensible club from the Premier League Grin

Napoli will fight for the title and play in the Champions League, while Chelsea will only try to get a ticket there and it is unlikely that they will compete with City next season.
