They will come with the new squads especially liverpool, newcastle and arsenal which have been signing so many players. There will be no a lot of change gonna happen in city's squad. it's caused by the fact that if manchester united has not bought a lot of players like other teams.
MU will be only having some new people in the squads. ETH gonna do a little change in the squad by putting mason mount and probably the new goal keeper as replacement for de gea which has been leaving from the club.
Liverpool has not finished yet its transfers. There will be more players to come soon. I heard that lavia has become the next target by liverpool. The club is seriously trying to do overhaul to the club.
Chelsea may become the only team that will still behind those clubs.

The top 6 teams are getting players and letting go of some fringe players and I think it’s a good sign for next season. Arsenal, Liverpool have been the most busiest teams in this transfer window so far. For Liverpool, I see that they’re trying to get back their UCL qualification spot and also win the title, while Arsenal want to compete for the EPL title and progress well in the UCL after many years.
