He has two weeks to decide and make a decision. If he decides to stay, it is true that he will not feel comfortable with PSG over time with the decision he has made, because the club will now be stricter and since he was not begged to stay like before, they will not allow him many of the privileges that he used to have. Since he wants to leave, he should just try to make it come through, so he can be happy elsewhere.
