Jurgen Klopp is still worthy enough to show the best strategy by competing in the Premier League against Manchester City. I also agree with what you said, for next season a club like Manchester United still cannot reach a point where stable performance is owned. Moreover, Chelsea who at all for now Chelsea will only focus on the development of the Squad so that they really show each other compatibility between players and coaches. One club that may still be able to show ideal performance includes having the potential to give Manchester City a bit of a fight next season namely The Gunner.
