Indeed, it would be better for us to seek various references from several people to be used as experience and reference material. There have been lots of people who have experienced downturns and bad luck in their lives because of the effects of gambling, but somehow there are still many people who do it. I realize that it is very difficult to get out of that zone and even if it can it will require quite a big struggle when someone has to fight the curiosity of their gambling addiction, and most of them cannot get past this. Be a healthy gambler, don't be too ambitious and don't ever assume that you will be able to get a lot of money just by gambling because this is really just luck that won't always come every time.
What is important is that we can distance ourselves from being addicted to gambling, especially if we have seen many people around us who have experienced many defeats at gambling. But some of them will surely be frustrated because they have suffered that defeat and still try to play gambling in the hope that they can win one day. Getting out of the gambling zone is difficult, especially if we have often played gambling before and need the practice to reduce gambling activities. However, we must try to be responsible gamblers so that we don't experience gambling addiction, which negatively impacts our lives.

The fact is that to stop completely is very difficult and almost impossible, but if someone is serious in their intention, they can start by reducing the time for gambling, adding a lot of daily activities will be a great alternative because with a busy life someone will not have time to express his desire to gamble.
It really takes seriousness to stop gambling because it is not easy to avoid thinking about gambling, where a person will continue to be carried away by previous gambling experiences. If a person can have the firm will reduce gambling, he certainly can do it as long as he keeps practising to reduce it. Doing lots of activities will help a person slowly forget about gambling so if he can do it continuously, he can get out of gambling.
