It really takes seriousness to stop gambling because it is not easy to avoid thinking about gambling, where a person will continue to be carried away by previous gambling experiences. If a person can have the firm will reduce gambling, he certainly can do it as long as he keeps practising to reduce it. Doing lots of activities will help a person slowly forget about gambling so if he can do it continuously, he can get out of gambling.
at this stage it takes a long time for gambling addicts who want to stop gambling and all of these efforts must require the support of some of the closest people such as family, relatives or partners who can help encourage them to keep trying to forget gambling. In other situations, gambling addicts must be given activities such as light work that can divert their minds from thinking about gambling, but of course they must always be encouraged.
with this effort, I believe that it is the spirit of the people closest to me that can slowly help addicts to recover soon.
I agree with your opinion and all of that, if it is based on really big intentions and determination then I am sure that even a crazy gambling addict can stop and recover from his addiction.
But the problem is there is this intention because it is difficult to have the intention and persistence to be able to stop and most gambling addicts really want to recover but when they try it they are tempted again to play games or bets that they have previously loved.

Saying how to stop gambling is easier than we imagine and of course to be able to get through all the challenges to stop is very difficult.
