So many people fail in running affiliate programs, and it's because they haven't found a method that works for them. They only know how to spread their affiliate links on forums, popular groups, or social media, but they may not have found good ways to promote, so they can't make money from affiliate programs. It will depend on what you want to promote, where you share the affiliate link, and what methods you can use. One has to keep trying and looking for ways that are different from others so that it can make them successful in affiliate programs.

Maybe this is really what we have to do, keep trying. I, for one, have dropped the idea years ago, but seeing your post I started thinking "Why not?". I have almost 3k followers on twitter so I can try to spread my ref link. But this is what happened:

I tried several times with the same result. Maybe twitter won't allow you to tweet your ref link? After adding a space here "https: //freebitco.in/~" it worked, but then it's not exactly a link, right? There are 6 views in the first 5 minutes. Let's see how it turns out.

You may add your referral link in PROFILE page. There you get an option to add WEBSITE link. Just put your desired link there and it'll be shown in your profile page. If you share your link via on that sites referral share button, it'll be shown up on twitter.
