With a talented group of young players who will have a chance to shine throughout the preseason this coach has the possibility to revitalise Chelsea. The club will need to spend a lot of time practising as they get ready for their crucial early season Premier League games. This new look Chelsea has the ability to usher in a new era of success under its creative coach thanks to a combination of seasoned holdovers and exciting youngsters.

Pochettino has a pretty good history in his work to become a coach like in Tottenham who managed to go to the final match even though he was defeated by Liverpool and the best he could achieve was with PSG won France Cup and the French Super Cup. And today he is with Chelsea, maybe many people will hope for him to contribute to an increase in Chelsea's squad that Chelsea has been very down under Lampard's leadership.
