The focus for Dybala should not be to change the clubs now, but rather to stay healthy and try to contribute to a team in which he has his place and is well accepted. Last season he was injured a lot and still got his chances from Mourinho and paid back and Mourinho accepts and likes him. But if Dybala were to go to Chelsea, an injury could literally mean the end more or less for that season as there is so much competition within the team and it is harder to come back. In a toP physical condition I think he has the potential to become a player of the season in Serie A, but health held him back quite often.
