I don't think any real Bitcointalk members buy the service, real members who have been here for a long time won't be easily tempted by a service offered by someone who doesn't have a good reputation contributing to the forum. I trust members who have a good reputation more than doing transactions with members who only rely on positive reviews from accounts that have 1 activity on the forum.
This is bad, although it's up to you for choosing which user to trade, but if there's no one want to use a newbie service, this make the new seller has no way to compete with the veteran seller since the veteran seller will always get customers and the new seller will not get any customer as no one want to order.

There's nothing wrong to trade with a new seller as long as you use escrow service or making an agreement by asking him to send first etc.

There targets is actually on the newbies that wouldn't know how to descern from what they want and the one to avoid, for a service to come out through this forum doesn't mean that it's a real take we should rush into for a take, scam is not moderated here and the forum is not responsible for any experience we had while making deals with any member, you take the risk to trust them or not to trust them, such only receive reviews left on their profile to serve as reference for others coming to have an encounter with them, always do your own research before investing or trust anyone.
