Next is, if the bounty doesn't have an escrow, then try to choose a trusted manager. this will minimize the risk of not getting paid.

Most of the bounty budget funds held in escrow are paid out. However, some of the campaigns that do not have Escrow are paid for. But the tokens cannot be sold for as good a price as before and are mostly worthless. so working with stable coin is a good decision for now. I have heard many stories that around 2017 it was possible to earn thousands of dollars from bounty campaign . But now it is not easy to get payment by bounty.
