the customers are more apprehensive than we can imagine.
Are they? Reading this thread, seems if you pay someone to post on the forum (although he claims to not work there???), do advertising, do more advertising, POKER TOURNAMENTS, you're good to go. Disappear for a while, no big deal. And if they don't come back, no one's gonna be able to do anything anyway. Win-win.
You raise a good argument but are definitely way off on facts and what actually happens. Betnomi is definitely not respecting their players, affiliates, promoters, or anyone else but disappearing. They did make a statement, so we just have to wait a little time. We don't know the whole story( they could help by telling the people what's up), but after a certain period tags will start flying. It's not as if they can disappear and reappear a year later and expect 0 repercussions.
Regardless of what's up with Betnomi, the truth is that they did not respect their clients and to this point, they have violated the terms of service in the sense that even though the Betnomi team has either financial or technical issues their should be able to make a public statement about that in the situation where they just went silent is not good and doesn't show any sign of respect to their players.
Pushing for a case against them may be the best way to go, just as Yahoo said only verifiable cases with evidence and fact will be taken seriously and that drag us down to the question of how many of that complainant have evidence since the casino just parked up most players weren't expecting it so there may not save any records from the site.
