Its small difference than first bid offering with 30 million euro, I don't think Chelsea interested with second bid offer from Inter Milan 35 million euro because they want sell most expensive price due Inter really need Lukaku. Inter Milan looks not tries with third bid offering because they won't spent much money for Lukaku and looks he will ne as priority for Pochettino. Beneficial for Juventus are the race for signing Lukaku because they will offer higher offer than Inter Milan.

Current squad, Juventus still has Dusan Vlahovic as center striker and they are waiting for until success sell Vlahovic to interested teams like Manchester United and PSG, but if failed sell Vlahovic I don't think Juventus want to sign Lukaku from Chelsea.
