I'm not a fan of Ten Hag at all, I know he is famous for the hard training he makes for the players and he is also famous for punishing players after they make mistakes, maybe this was the reason for Manchester United took better result after Ten Hag joined there, but still I can't forget the game they had against Liverpool in this season and Ten Hag had a bad performance there, maybe this is a good reason to say even Tenb Hag can make mistakes.
But still, he made a revolution after joining Manchester United.
That result against Liverpool was too unexpected while Liverpool were even struggling in the league games. I also can't forget about that one. However every team can have such humiliating results in their domestic league or a European tournament such as the Champions League etc.. The important point is to know how to collect yourselves after a loss like that.
Looking at the achievement Manchester United got from that season they did a really good job. Sometimes it is better to be extra disciplined to bring success easier. Therefore I think Erik ten Hag does the right thing there.
