Last season, no one knew Newcastle United will qualify for the champions league this upcoming season. We can’t be so exact in our assumptions of the best 4 teams yet. Chelsea was rated as one of the best 4 teams last season and they failed to fulfill that. For now, we don’t need to underate any team until the season starts fully.
