When I joined the forum there was mud being slung from all corners of the forum, from Legendary to Legendary, DT members included, and every rank all the way down to Newbie was getting splattered with it. You registered last year, and if I assume you're not an alt of an older account, then I guess you missed the drama with: Quickseller, OgNasty, Vod, Lauda, owlcatz, nullius, cryptohunter, and about five times the number of members I just listed because I forgot a lot of their names.

It's been like a calm and sunny desert island here compared to how it was back in 2015-17 or so. You ought to browse Meta in December 2017-January 2018, right up to when the merit system got dropped on everyone as if the Enola Gay was making a second pass and bitcointalk was next door neighbors with Hiroshima. The forum exploded and the ensuing chaos did not die down for months. Fond memories.
