I can agree with you that times changes and it's either you change with it or break. After Manchester was taken over Sheikh Mansour and he brought in Pep along with funding the team, giving the manager the chance to get players of us choice, the game changed gor Manchester City and now, they are champions.

The Premier League competition is getting tougher from season to season, it is very difficult to predict who will be able to dominate. In the past, the Premier League was known for the strength of the top four, but now six to eight teams have almost equal strength. So because of that, a team like Arsenal, which is synonymous with its young players, is now starting to shift direction a little. Under the control of Arteta, the team from London have started to rise again and it was proven that last season they were able to reach runners-up.

The inclusion of Newcastle United in the list of clubs that have a qualified squad adds to the intense competition between EPL teams to win the Premier League trophy and the Champions League zone. Sure enough next season we will see competition between Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City, Man United and Newcastle United competing for the top four positions. If I were to base my predictions on each club's transfer market, I would assume Man City, Arsenal, Man United and Newcastle are in the top four zone with Arsenal in first place.

Because in my opinion, Arsenal biggest motivation was marking an unbeaten victory exactly 20 years ago, namely in the 2003 season. Arteta managed to convince the Arsenal owner to spend funds to buy new players in this transfer market. Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber are the three names that were officially recruited and cost Arsenal around 200 million pounds. I think that's not much for Arsenal and it's not too surprising either, because they still have a lot of reserves from the business of buying and selling players in the Arsene Wenger era.

Apart from Manchester City, other major teams have performed really badly in the last Premier League season. In the next season, those teams will want to build themselves up so that they can correct their mistakes and perform as well as Manchester City.
