For now, based on the quality of players and coach, Manchester City is still the most prepared team for the competition. Except if something else happens, City will still dominate the premier league. The club has grown past the era of depending on just Haaland. Many players can still put up exceptional performances and win games without the Norwegian football star. Clubs like United, Chelsea, and Newcastle are indeed building solid teams but City still has the best team for now. I don't think Arsenal will make it to the top four next season. Last season was a gold opportunity for the Gunners to win the league but it was wasted. They have attracted some of the best players recently, but it will be difficult to replicate last season's performance.
