Harry Maguire is pissed off after getting away the captaincy from him by Ten Hag, in addition to not playing enough last season. Honestly, I support Ten Hag on not considering him after his disastrous and infinite mistakes. I consider him the player number 12 in Manchester United opponents in every single game he participated on.
Bruno Fernandes will most likely be the new captain and Maguire will move to Chelsea in my opinion since they lack defenders. Otherwise Spurs, West Ham could also be a choice for him. I doubt he will move to Saudi Arabia since he will try to get the revenge and prove Ten Hag wrong. For the price, £50m? that's a joke. His market value is currently €20m, and that's overestimated too in my opinion..

In many games, Manchester United lose this season because defenders were in bad form and especially they blame Harry Maguire for it which was right especially in Europa League against Napoli Maguire had a bad performance and I was expecting to see Manchester United willing to sell this player even for a lower price.

I also believe Arsenal will not have a higher chance than Manchester City, but Arsenal have been getting better season after season. Arsenal will try to give a lot next season after they have invested in some new players, but still they can never guarantee the title. Arsenal, Manchester United, Newcastle, Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham will be very competitive, but their chances of winning the title are no higher than Manchester City.

I can't say if Chelsea will get out of the bad situation they had before or not, but I know Mauricio Pochettino can help his team to have a better situation and they truly had a revolution in their team after selling many players and especially the older and expensive players also the fire their coach and started working with Pochettino this revolution can help Chelsea but I don't expect to see the result in the first weeks of the next season.
