I like, with how it works. he is one of the most brilliant coaches, he knows how to make his squad bring out their potential and combine it with the system he employs. that's why, I idolized Pep since the time he coached Barcelona.
talking about City, as we all agreed, it's very natural if we put City in the list of favorites, either in the Premier League or in the Champions League competition. City, has players who are very competent in almost every line. moreover, they now have Haaland. this team, is a very ideal team.
IMO, currently Pep is trying to implement his legacy for Manchester City. so, when he left the Etihad. City, just need to find a coach who is able to continue what Pep has inherited.

Ten Hag, this man is a coach who has high discipline. I like him, because he is able to give a new color to Manchester United. even though, I'm not a fan of The Red Devils. but I really appreciate what Ten Hag has done. if, Ten Hag was given the budget he wanted. I'm pretty sure, The Red Devils will be much greater than the previous season.
To be honest I don't like to compare one coach to another, I just see how they perform. IMO, Ten Hag is no less than Pep Guariola. in short Ten Hag has its own characteristics, the system he built for his squad is quite complicated and requires high discipline from his players. as a result, United were able to finish in the top four under Ten Hag's tutelage. So, for me these two trainers are really cool.
