Inter really wanted to get him but with the way it is now, I think Inter have angrily pulled out of talks to sign him permanently after learning Chelsea were in negotiations with Juventus. Despite Lukaku's pledge of loyalty and his success with Inter Milan, Lukaku has agreed personal terms with Juventus. Lukaku wants the move and it does look like the deal will materialize.
Inter though that if lukaku already betrayed the club caused by he opens talk with juventus. Intermilan is too early to take such conclusion. It's caused by intermilan was not even showing a strong commitment to sign him from chelsea as permanent player.
That's why lukaku was trying to open talk with different club regarding his future. Juventus has been also offering very good amounts of money. Lukaku is facing a very hard situation right now.
