He skipped past your post ignoring it completely. The fact he made no effort at all to address any point you raised shows the account is probably sure tags will be forthcoming and is trying to stop themselves from making more errors.

As he himself has not answered, I will take a guess and say maybe he is too busy using the other farmed accounts under his control to meet their signature campaign quotas or he is trying to build them up in order to join signature campaigns.
