Folarin Balogun is a good striker for Inter Milan because he is still young anyway, if Inter can get his services so I think then Inter have another promising young striker for the future, although Balogun rarely played for Arsenal but when he played at Reims he has impressive statistics. But I heard another rumours Arsenal are asking for a fee of 50 million for the transfer of this player, now Nerazzurri are focusing on bringing in Gianluca Scamacca from West Ham rather than Balogun because his price is too expensive.

Actually Folarin Balogun is a good young player and can sharpen the attack line for Inter Milan but yes he has a high enough price that makes Inter Milan have to think twice about buying this one player.
Finance is the main factor that can make a football club grow and spending too much can damage a club's financial system and that is why Inter Milan prefer Gianluca's option.
Hopefully Gianluca can become what Inter Milan hopes for in the future.
