PSG can sell Kylian Mbappe to any team as long as they make good profit as expected. While Real Madrid is a team that has shown good interest in Mbappe, I don't think Real Madrid will spend that much money to realize their plans. Kylian Mbappe is good for Real Madrid, but they won't be the only team who will be in the race.

Manchester City could sign Kylian Mbappe because they have enough money to do so, but I'm not sure if Pep Guardiola has any plans for that player. Mbappe can play as a winger and also as a centre-forward, but of course that's too good to be true.

I think Mbappe, like last time, is just using Real Madrid as an excuse to raise his salary and get a bigger contract, for 5 years, so that it will last until his old age.
I think if Mbappe really wanted to move to Real Madrid, he would have done it a long time ago, because he has good relations with the club's management and it is always possible to make a deal and sell him now for more money than to let him go as a free player in a year.

So PSG are generally interested in selling the player, and you can sell anywhere, even to Tottenham, because hardly rivals in the French league can afford to buy Mbappe.
