And addiction in gambling is one thing that's hard to control. So, kudos to those that were able to overcome it and are doing fine right now.
You said right, it's too difficult to quit, but it's not impossible to accomplish as long as you have your self-will and the determination that you can do it, it's a learnable process from our brain and with the heart that full of hope that you can truly do it, then it will happen along the way.
Yes, quitting is still possible because many have done that in the past and those that struggles to quit and still gambles have their own will of quitting.
Sometimes it's all on them and that makes them harder for them to quit because it doesn't make sense to them. They're too vocal on quitting and yet they're not doing something and not even forcing themselves to do it.
It must be them to do the initiation in quitting and limit what they're up to as they try to quit.
