Manchester City and Arsenal, perhaps I can't guarantee that the Gunners are still in condition following their pre-season loss to Manchester United, Mikel Arteta has a lot of work to do for his team.

Arteta will do his best to bring the team to better levels. However, I do not expect a better performance from Arsenal this year than last year. With Chelsea, Liverpool can improve themselves. Manchester United is a team that I believe will be better than last year. My favorite is Manchester City. I believe they will be champions this year as well.

Manchester United and Arsenal should be able to get better next season, with what was shown last season, significant developments after changing coaches and bringing in several new players to strengthen the team, I'm sure that next season Manchester United and Arsenal will be much better.

While Chelsea and Liverpool are both teams looking to bounce back, they have worked hard in this transfer market, so there is everything that could possibly happen to these two teams.

And Manchester City is definitely still with the same strength, and they will still be the favorites to win next season.
