PSG will be pretty mad about it but there is nothing they can do about it and just have to accept that you have a player until the contract is over and when the contract is over you have no control over them and they are free to leave. However, Kane situation is a bit different, looks like Bayern is close but just not there, they lack just a bit more money and if Spurs accepts it then they accept it, and Bayern trusts that their offer will be the biggest and Spurs will eventually be forced to accept.

I will not discuss Kylian Mbappe anymore because it has been seen that he will only remain in Paris SG and to discuss the closeness between Harry Kane and Bayern Munich looks even closer but that closeness does not seem to be real because Spurs still need a Kane to rely on in next season matches.
