Hello, we have replied to your email. We are experiencing a liquidity problem for our advanced method, we do not have an exact timeframe for when the problem will be resolved. It should be solved in a few hours. We are currently working to solve it as soon as possible.
If you already have a problem with liquidity than you should clearly state that on your website and not wait for people to discover this themselves, especially since this is supposed to be ''advanced'' mixing method 
I don't see any messages showing this and same thing would happen to me now if I proceed with advanced mixing.
Fair thing in this situation would be to either disable it temporary, or warn people they will have to wait longer to receive their coins.
