To be honest, I don't know if it's possible to reduce an addiction. A friend of mine, a former gambling addict, once told me that addiction is such a thing that you either have it, or you don't. You can't reduce it. That is a nice advice as I have experienced it first hand.When I was addicted in 2020 I kept playing and losing massively until I laid down one day and thought cold headed that I should stop this madness.I didn't do it right away,I started playing a bit less each and every passing week until I gained a huge self control which luckily I still retain nowadays as I rarely overdo it anymore if ever.

So that is the best advice to any addicted gambler,stop gradually because you cannot stop right away,it is plain impossible to do so while you are in full addiction.
