You still repeat this despite not adding sensible details to back your claim. I don't know how you prioritise your careful use of words, I guess it goes a long way as some careless declaration could be so insensitive and misleading. Has he even launched the site to ascertain whether he's right or wrong with the provably fair remarks?
This is a business, the least you can do to support a startup is to be fair.
you are right on this. before someone accuses a site of not practicing like the provable fairness, he needs to have a solid proof on what he is alleging. because it can taint the image of the site because of baseless accusations.
