I don't even there is something wrong in making him a susbstitute from other players, it is a friendly match and I think all the players were all giving a fair moments to enjoy the show rather than just sitting down. I believe is still in Real Madrid, they will give the chance t swing that his lazy legs instead of warming the bench when the real players are on the field struggling to make name for the club, they should be happy that Maguire is even playing and making the club go viral after the weekly wages. Maguire is not in a position of uncertainty at the moment with Manchester United because his poor performance in the previous season made his name on the sale list in this transfer window. I don't think Erik Ten Hag will prioritize Maguire services for next season because indeed he has begun to be eliminated from the main squad after his poor performance last season.

From the rumors circulating, there are several Serie A clubs that want to bring in Maguire in this transfer window, including AC Milan and Juventus. Given the interest from Serie A teams I think Maguire could consider the existing offers to accept in order to continue his career in Europe.

Actually a little sorry to see Maguire have to leave Manchstr United, but because it's all his own inconsistent fault and made several mistakes that made the Manchstr United coach no longer interested in extending the contract with Maguire and prefer to sell it to another club that needs it
