If you are really willing to quit away, there's always a way, but if your willingness is not true for sure, you will always find a good reason why
you keep coming back.

If a gambler wants to quit gambling, he or she will have to put in a lot of effort. It takes discipline, willpower and determination to do this.
Gamblers who quit gambling may return to it again. Therefore, you need to work on yourself, on your emotions, on your thinking. This is a very difficult and long process.

A long process I believe, there's still chances that even you are away for a while in gambling once chances cross your path and you are given that opportunity to try playing again, that open the chance of getting hook back and have that same problem again, it's a needed will-power to control and not to let yourself be engaged.

Just like how you mentioned those things that will really help out, it's a need that you should keep practicing from time to time to avoid
making another mistake in life.
