Gambling is the game and bitcoin is the investment.So both is different one,how you compare this two.Bitcoin had huge amount of investors in the crypto trading and it was ruling the crypto market over a decade.Trader in cryptocurrency will know about the bitcoin for the first time.Then only he find other coin to make their investment.Gambling is the game which involve with the money involvement.So it's unique among the other game,it was played by the people who like betting.Bet is start from the younger age of the gamblers,they start to play gambling offline later move to the online gambling like casino.Casino will give the extreme happiness to the gambler on winning the game.But other game will not give them that much happiness.

Actually, Bitcoin is not an investment but it is a cryptocurrency (a currency) that was created to act as a P2P payment system and a store of value due to its volatility, most people these days are using it as an investment asset. However, what you said is right that there is basically no comparison between gambling and Bitcoin because both are totally different things, one is an action, a hobby, and the other one is a currency that can be used for the first one too.

And, even if gambling has more fans than Bitcoin, it shouldn't be surprising considering gambling has been around for centuries while it has only been a decade and a few years for Bitcoin, but the name that Bitcoin has made for itself is notable in itself, so we should see them as what they are instead of comparing them and their popularity.
