Actually, bounty campaigns can still be a goal if the place for promoting crypto doesn't grow, but in fact, the place for promoting crypto projects is growing. In the past, they only knew one place to promote crypto projects (Bitcointalk) which could get a targeted market.

Unfortunately the forum can't keep up with developments in the crypto project promotion ecosystem, this whole thing is actually not a problem because the purpose of the Forum is not to promote crypto projects but to share knowledge about Bitcoin.
