But isn't that normal that they sell players when the time has come? Aubameyang is now 34 and yes he did score some goals in his 18 games for Barcelona, but his performance in Chelsea was not exactly the perfect application for his return and stay in Barcelona. They have said for a long time that they want to start a whole new project and rebuild the team over time to get back to the Barcelona that was a Champions League favorite. I think keeping Aubameyang wouldn't have been a decision that is consistent with their plans.
We are not talking about his performance in Chelsea, it is a different point. If he can't play well in Chelsea, it is because he rarely played and Chelsea can't apply a proper tactic. In fact, Aubameyang played very well during he was in Barcelona. But everything became worse after Barcelona sold him, he moved to a wrong team. I'm sure Aubameyang may play in a good form if he stayed in Barcelona at the moment. However, Barcelona management doesn't want him to stay, he has no choice but he must leave the club.

When it comes to El classico, it's a different ball game. Although there might be too much intensity as a competitive match, but it would definitely be more than a normal friendly.
There's this bragging right that comes with the classico. They never want to lose to each other, no matter the circumstances. The rivalry is so strong that neither of these teams ever settles for a draw.
Sure. Although it is a friendly match, it will be a tight match because it is an El Classico. I believe Real Madrid and Barcelona will try their best to win the match, the wining will be a big motivation to the whole players before they begin the new season. It is always a matter of pride to win El Classico. So, it will be an interesting match for sure.
