While the risk of Osimhen heading to Milan is still unknown it appears doubtful that Ac Milan will make a long term acquisition given their emphasis on accessible players. The player existing Napoli contract and the Saudi Arabian offers add to the difficulty of the situation. It is less likely that Napoli will release Osimhen as a free agent to Milan because of the president view of him as a valued asset and the leading goal scorer in Serie A. Napoli might instead decide to sell him to another team in order to make money. If Osimhen does join Milan it will surely improve their attacking capability but as of now it seems dubious that the rumour will come to pass.

I think Napoli not want their best striker move to a Serie A club, especially Milan because Milan is Napoli toughest rival so far. Also Osimhen contract with Napoli will ends in 2025 and maybe if his contract has ended, he will play in the Premier League because Osimhen also really want playing at there. Also maybe Manchester United still want his services, if they can bring Osimhen without a transfer fee that's good for they anyway. But for this season it is likely that Osimhen will still play with Napoli, meanwhile the offer made by Saudi rumored already rejected by Osimhen.
