Actually, what he explains about company bankruptcies is well explained, what I don't know is where he gets that Betnomi has gone bankrupt. It looks like an exit scam and I don't see anything to indicate that they have declared bankruptcy.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with you. Taking legal steps against Betnomi only makes sense if you either don't care about the money for the lawyers and the effort (flights, ...) or if an insurance would pay for the lawsuit. <...>
Then there is something else. The average casino depositing user is usually interested in privacy, and a good portion of the clientele will not have declared those funds. They are not going to shoot themselves in the foot by claiming something they have trouble justifying to the authorities. I believe that scam casinos take advantage of this. People who bet from countries where gambling is forbidden, people who get the funds in an opaque way, cases like this are not going to go to the authorities to complain.
