If this is happening to other apps that you want to download. Long press on PlayStore app and click on app info -> storage and cache -> clear storage.

If you have clear the storage, you will be able to download apps on Playstore again. This did happened to me when using Android 10. But I do not think I experienced it when using Android 11, 12 and now 13.

Vendors have the prices they will not favour you. People that want privacy and people that are not able to use an exchange are the ones using vendors.
