In fact it's not as easy as you say, even though self-control has a big role in our behavior when gambling. however, all of that requires considerable effort. the concept is not as simple as we say, the fact is that in practice sometimes we often get caught up in every gambling game session. that's why, we need self-control so we don't become gambling addicts. or, spending more time gambling which in the end will harm us both financially and mentally and family harmony.

Not easy as it is, emotions play a big role in terms of controlling yourself during your gambling sessions, like what you mentioned, when you already attached inside the game either you are winning or losing your adrenaline is really pushing you to keep playing, and here's where self-control is most needed, those who knows how to play with their own emotions can make some money from gambling while others can lessen the amount of possible losses.
