Even everyone is going with his own view and statics, but I have strong feeling this comparison is not fair because Manchester City and Guardiola is having long combination and after spending good funds and having few failures now they are able to have one of the best team which can do much better than expectations but on other hand Arsenal and Arteta are in development phase, and they need some more time for having results like these even after watching first season now I am feeling they could be again team to watch in all competitions but it's never been easy to compete with them right now specially in Champions League where now they can go through again without any problem because right now they are best and having quality players which can give them good result against any team while mostly teams are struggling due to finances.
