Collateral scams aren't a new thing, I've seen it many times.
There is no way to scam. The user is not asking for collateral here and the OP is trying to send collateral to OP. If you think the collateral might be something that has forked and Op is trying to send the previous token then that might be a different case.
I've seen the "old token" scam, but I've also seen people who offer to send you a private key, or "an account on an exchange".

And one thing to add, why would I need to take a $65 collateral loan?
I got right now at this time crypto worth almost $5000
I've seen so many scammers who say the amount they need is insignificant, and yet, they need it. This means nothing.

Signed messages can prove this to anyone, so either do it, or stop boasting about it.
