Strengthen the team and win titles, it is Levy's promise to Harry Kane when he convinced the player to expand the contract but after a few seasons, we already saw that it has yet been touched by Tottenham.

Harry Kane has enough loyalty and love for the club but his career is counting down and he is no longer treated respectfully by Levy with last two times his contract is coming to expire.
