Arsenal competed very strongly with Manchester City in the last season in Premier League and they only failed against Manchester City during very last weeks of past season. If anyone says Arsenal are not competitive enough to fight against Manchester City, based on their performance in the last season, I really disagree with that opinion.

Arsenal are improving very quickly latest seasons but will it be enough for them to beat Manchester City in a new season?

We will need to see at least half of a new season but even so, it can not help us to know the Premier League champions till the season ending. Like the past season, they lost the title even they led at the first position in most weeks of the season but only about last one month and a half, they lost all to Manchester City.
